April 18, 2026 EVENT 25th Anniversary of the Studio's Foundation

In the splendid setting of Grado, at the Laguna Palace Hotel, we celebrated the 25th anniversary of the Studio's foundation. Journalist Davide Vicedomini and archaeologist Dario Gaddi, a leading expert on the Grado Lagoon, spoke on the occasion.

May 2025: At Marinelli we study… law!

The "Dialogues on Legality – Elements of Law" program, promoted by Marinelli High School and led by instructors Ilaria Zorino and Valerio Marchi, concluded on May 16. Born from the interest of current and former students, the project offered an introduction to the main principles of public and private law, exploring their origins, evolution, and principles through lectures, workshops, and meetings with experts. Between April and May, students analyzed constitutional, historical, and criminal law aspects, culminating in two lectures: one by Dr. Sofia Miola on rights from Fascism to the Republic, and one by attorneys Basevi and Buttazzoni on criminal law, including a simulated case. The initiative generated considerable interest and served as an important orientation opportunity for those considering future legal and economic studies.

April 2024: Our office opens in Belgrade SRB

Massimiliano Basevi, together with partners Marco Ricchiari, Nicoletta Mancinelli, and Cristian Buttazzoni, announces the opening of a new office in Belgrade, located at the office of attorney Marija Tomic at Kralja Milana Street 33.

This initiative allows the Udine-based Basevi Law Firm to offer consulting and preventive assistance services to businesses, covering activities ranging from contract negotiation and drafting to debt collection, for Italian companies operating in Serbia and the Balkans. Furthermore, the firm is committed to providing legal assistance to private individuals, to meet any legal need.
