Law is on the curriculum at Marinelli!
The Dialogues on Legality – Elements of Law programme, promoted by Liceo Marinelli and coordinated by teachers Ilaria Zorino and Valerio Marchi, concluded on 16 May. Sparked by the interest of current and former pupils, the project offered an introduction to the main institutions of public and private law, examining their origins, development and principles through lectures, workshops and meetings with experts.
Between April and May, students explored constitutional, historical and criminal-law topics, culminating in two conferences: one by Dr Sofia Miola on rights from Fascism to the Republic, and another by solicitors Basevi and Buttazzoni on criminal law, complete with a simulation of a real case.
The initiative generated keen interest and provided valuable guidance for those considering future studies in law and economics.

Our studio opens in Belgrade SRB
Massimiliano Basevi, together with partners Marco Ricchiari, Nicoletta Mancinelli, and Cristian Buttazzoni, announces the opening of a new office in Belgrade, located at the law office of lawyer Marija Tomic on Kralja Milana Street No. 33.
This initiative allows Basevi Law Firm in Udine to offer consultancy and preventive assistance services to businesses, encompassing activities from contract negotiation and drafting to debt recovery, for Italian companies operating in Serbia and the Balkans. Moreover, the firm commits to providing legal assistance to individuals, addressing any legal needs they may have.
